Winter: Ice & Snow

The theory this winter is that winter is NEVER ending.  Truth be told, I prefer cold to hot … you can always bundle up and keep warm.  When it's hot, there's not much you can do but eventually strip down, lay on the floor, stick to said floor while in front of the fan being sweaty and cranky.  Maybe that's just me… At any rate, my handy mobile device and I captured a little snow and ice in the never ending winter.

The porch lamp has seen its fair share of ice this winter.

The vicious abusive thorns on my rose bush getting their just dessert.

Mobile Device Photography: Fog

Fog and rain captured on a mobile device in a moving car.  I'm fascinated with fog.

Nighttime Photography: Rainy Highway

A mobile device, a moving car and rain... not the best combination for photographic brilliance.

Mobile Device Photography: Rainy Mornings with Hipstamatic

I haven't been inspired lately so my camera and I are having a bit of a breather. Like any photographer, even when taking a breather you can never completely stop taking photos.  Mobile devices pretty much ensure that a breather means you may not be using your big bulky camera and lens but you will still be taking photos!

I've been spending a lot of time taking photos with my upgraded mobile device. I've titled these images "The iDevice Chronicles"
